PM_RUNTIME and HDA-intel collision

Hello I'm using gentoo with 2.6.37-r4 kernel
After I've enabled CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME and CONFIG_USB_SUSPEND in kernel,
alsa stopped loading with ERROR: Failed to load necessary drivers.
dmesg with that options enabled:Âhttp://paste.pocoo.org/show/373431/
[ Â Â4.215816] hda-intel: unable to grab IRQ 0, disabling device

Motherboard: ASUS m4a785td
00:14.2 Audio device: ATI Technologies Inc SBx00 Azalia (Intel HDA)

01:05.1 Audio device: ATI Technologies Inc RS880 Audio Device [Radeon
HD 4200] (hdmi, not using)

Disabling PM_RUNTIME fixes that issue but it's needed by udisks. Any
way to fix that?
My current config http://paste.pocoo.org/show/373482/ (PM_RUNTIME
disable, everything else same)
