This is not an official alsa driver, so you are asking in the wrong place.

You have no snd-hdspm driver module installed, so it cannot be rmmod'ed.
No problem there.

What exactly is the problem, does the driver not work? There are a ton
of options to find that out, e.g. looking at /proc/asound/cards,
checking the system log, running an application etc. Without further
data it is not possible to give any more help.
