Ok, I have the following requirements to a soundcard:
 - PCI Express
 - 96kHz/24-bit
 - Optical SPDIF I/O
 - Works correctly in ALSA

Do you know of any card that fulfils these requirements?  (Preferably
less than EUR250.)
