//This is my 1st talking in mailing lists, so please sorry me if I'll be do 
something wrong.

Please, help me with problem in support by ALSA my soundcard. I mean - I can 
not get full support of his six channel output. On Slackware, Kubuntu, 
openSUSE my card working only in 2-channel mode.
What will be if I manually compile ALSA - I don't know, because I did not 
performed this action.

Sound card is integrated in ASUS M2N motherboard. If I correct chip name is 
Analog Devices AD1988.

What is "sudo lspci -vv" said about sound-chip:
