Hello: I have spent my whole day trying to make my PC produce sound. When running mplayer, aplayer, xmms, it all looks OK, but no sound is coming out from the speakers. I have uploaded my alsa-info to: http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=cb3bbfcb9f105f354253ac1e8a44d193aaab6bec Can someone please help? My mobo is a GeForce 7050M from ECS. I have already tried by changing the kernel configuration file with all models that show under ALC662. I tried also model=ecs. It looks like muted, but all settings in the mixer are at maximum.
