Where i can decode the codes (like 0x03F0)?

Not sure. Its a onoard card.

Yes, thats a ASRock Board (N68-S)

Yes. I´m using KMix. 
The card runs. But i can´t hear 2 Events on the same time. As Example: 
If i hear files with amarok or vlc, i can´t hear systemsounds (like new 
Email) at the same timt.

Sadly the same :-(

After update the same issue.
