Echo Mia MIDI: Analogue outputs very quiet

There seems to be a problem with output on the Echo Mia MIDI card - the analogue outputs are at a very low level (less than the noise floor of the analogue inputs) even though the volume controls are at 0dB. This has been happening since alsa 1.0.20 - see this screenshot: http://www.haosredro.com/img/echomixer1.png

It was working properly with alsa 1.0.19 and before, I'm currently using Fedora 12 with the packaged versions of alsa-lib 1.0.22, alsa-firmware 1.0.20. Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks,
-Taiyo
