In BIOS setup I have:
- PnP OS   - No, also BIOS configures resources
- I have reserved IRQ5 and DMA1/5 for LegacyISA 'non PnP)

As I wrote - this card is NOT PnP, but resources are set correct and
there is NO conflict

I will try acpi=off, but I don't think it can help.
