Two instances of echomixer?

I have two Layla20 units installed and they're both found by alsa.
However, every time I fire up echomixer it's always connected to the
first Layla and I can't find any way to get a console for the second
card. I saw how to target different cards with the alsa tools, so I
tried 'echomixer -c 1' and 'echomixer -c 2' but that doesn't do it.
Does anybody know how I'd do this?

Thanks,
Jeremy
