Well, thanks, I've also noticed that line breaks "nice ALSA programming rules".
Anyway, I'm not sure whether you think that should solve the problem or "just"
noticing this should be changed to "default" because I've already tried to do so
and nothing changed. Arecord says something similar to
ALSA lib pcm_dsnoop.c:558:(snd_pcm_dsnoop_open) unable to open slave
