The guys in irc.freenode.net/alsa helped me. Maybe someone in this list 
is interested in the solution...

Because the soundcard has a subdevice, I suppose that it somehow takes 
usually subdevice 1 and now and then subdevice 2.

To solve the problem I have edited my 
"/usr/share/alsa/cards/HDA-Intel.conf":
Under HDA-Intel.pcm.iec958.0 { ... slave.pcm { ... device 1 ... append a 
new line with "subdevice 1"

And in the "/etc/asound.conf":
"pcm.!default spdif"
