At the minimum for users to help you a alsa-info report is neededalong with dmesg |grep Unknownso we can see what is going on with your system. wget -O alsa-info.sh  http://alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh && bash./alsa-info.shpaste the results as an attachment.
