I followed the instructions at http://exaudio.sourceforge.net/k26.html and it all seemed to work apart from ./load.sh and no sound!:
root@THUNDERCAT1:/usr/src/alsa/Alsa/exaudio-1.68# insmod ./exaudio_remote.ko
root@THUNDERCAT1:/usr/src/alsa/Alsa/exaudio-1.68# insmod ./exaudio.ko
root@THUNDERCAT1:/usr/src/alsa/Alsa/exaudio-1.68# ./load.sh
insmod: error inserting './exaudio_remote.ko': -1 File exists
insmod: error inserting './exaudio.ko': -1 File exists
making /dev/ir major 251
root@THUNDERCAT1:/usr/src/alsa/Alsa/exaudio-1.68#
root@THUNDERCAT1:/usr/src/alsa/Alsa/exaudio-1.68#
I have been having problems as linux recognises the soundcard but plays it thru onboard sound even when Creative Extigy is selected in Sound!!!!!:::::
