Raising up volumes does not work, ardour does not receive nothing and if I close alsamixer and re-open it after a while rec controls for channels > 3 are turned off automatically...
Other hints?

Hello,
try "envy24control" which is the mixer for ICE1712. If I remember right you need alsa-tools-gui installed. I think you have to adjust the volume there.
