to increase buffer size I created a ~/.asoundrc with the following content, my
question is just, is this the right syntax? I have one card, a EMU10K1 based
SB! Live PCI. Thanx!

slave
{
pcm "hw:0,0";
buffer_size 32768;
period_size 2048
}
}
