This probably needs to be turned on as well, though it 
might take configuration in the .asoundrc.  As I said, 
I'm not familiar with this.  Perhaps someone else can 
give you assistance.

Download and run the script at
http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh
Then post the link back here to enable others to see 
the output.
If you just want to run it for personal use run it as
./alsa-info.sh --no-upload
