i can setup alias, i can setup dummy as sound card 2, or 3
but what i need is have more then 1 independed dummy card.
so i can setup 2 skype for different users on box, on different dummy sound.

Do you mean that you want to create a new alias for your sound card?
Like what you get if you run command aplay -L ?
Could you explain what you are trying to do? What you hope to accomplish by doing this?
