Kjel,

Have you set the DAC levels on the Analog Volume Tab of Envy24 Control? I use 
a setting of 102 for all four controls DAC 0, DAC 1, ADC 0, and ADC 1.

Also on the Patchbay/Router tab an easy test is to route H/W Out 1 (L) to PCM 
Out 1 and H/W Out 2 (L) to PCM Out 2. Once this works then you can connect 
the H/W outs to the Digital Mixer and then use the Monitor PCMs tab to set 
your levels.

Please post your results to the list as there are others, like myself, who 
struggle with this card.
