First off, please try to upgrade your drivers to 1.0.16 or newer (see http://alsa-project.org).

This really helps, as the driver development has been fast and furious over the last couple of years, and your issues may have been resolved in a newer version.

If you still have problems with the latest drivers, repost the alsa-info.sh output.
