I have the Delta 44.  It's nice in that the microphone preamp feeds into the card.  So you can choose any preamp.  But it doesn't have it's own preamp(s), so that's extra ca$h out of pocket.  But when you consider that a great preamp can run $2,500.  And that a $50 per channel builtin preamp probably wont suit your needs, it's an acceptable cost.  My CDs have never sounded as good as they do on the 44.
