No Microphone Input in fujitsu-amilo pi1536

Hi there!
I have a laptop fujitsu siemens pi1536 and I'm trying to enable the
integrated microphone in my kubuntu distro. But it doesn't work!I've 
tried everything and now I don't know what to do! My alsa version is 1.0.14.
Anyone can help me?
