AD1938 or AD1939 Driver Availability

I am looking for a Linux driver for the AD1938 or AD1939 codec (4
ADCs, 8 DACs). I hope to use it with a Blackfin BF537 processor and
uClinux. A driver for the AD1836a is included in the Blackfin
uClinux distribution, but its control registers are set up a little
differently and I would like to avoid having to port it if the work
has already been done. I found a couple of references to the AD1939
in the archive

but I have not been able to turn up the source yet. The AD1938 is
mentioned in the alsa-devel forum, but it is close and won't let me
view the messages.

Analog Devices includes a driver for the AD1938 in their Blackfin
Audio Starter Kit, but it is for the VisualDSP toolset, not Linux/uClinux.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
