Hello, Recently updated alsa (drivers, libs, utils, etc.) from 1.0.14-rc3 to 1.0.14 and snd_hdsp does not work any longer. In fact if I allow the snd_hdsp module to load alsa will not work at all even with the default snd_hda_intel device. An attempt to to do "alsactl restore" results in: =============================================================== alsactl: set_control:991: warning: name mismatch (Analog Extension Board/DDS Sample Rate Offset) for control #30 alsactl: set_control:993: warning: index mismatch (0/0) for control #30 alsactl: set_control:995: failed to obtain info for control #30 (Operation not permitted) =============================================================== An attempt to do "alsactl store" results in a kernel crash.
