Your request makes very little sense.  Why can't you use ALSA?

If it's a licensing issue as I suspect (management won't use a license
that requires them to release the code) I'd say that you should
consider purchasing a commercial OSS license.  Any solution that
requires modifying the kernel source at all is a GPL violation, but
this at least shifts some of the exposure to 4front.

You could also probably write a userspace USB driver to just read the
raw USB stream and process it in userspace.  Not easy, but this way
you should be 100% GPL compliant while keeping your code proprietary.
