Hi Stephan!

I don't know much about spdif, but I think that there is a predefined
pcm device for this purpose. If I'm right, this device can take
arguments just like the predefined hw device. It might look like spdif:1
to use the digital out of the second card. Take a look at the output of
aplay -L and look for spdif/raw/digital, then compare this plugin's
definition with the hw device's definition. They should work similarly.
