I don't know. But I think there were mails about downgrading the

xruns sounds like sth related to timing and timing changes with the
sample rates. just an idea

I just found my own error description when 'precise pointer' was active:
"Signal played back is/sounds correct, but recorded signal is distorted:
Every 4096 samples 32 samples are wrong, audible as clicks every approx.
1/12 second."
It seems there are problems when recoding, not when playing back only.
Therefore, possibly no improvement now. But when you start recording,
this might be important.
