Nope.

If you use rpm then do "rpm -ivh" instead, "rpm -Uvh" will erase all
previous versions of the kernel and leave just the last one. You might
want to do this, but that's not generally the case. 

You can, of course:
  yum --reinstall install kernel-2.6.18-1.2849.fc6.i686.rpm
