You can use what objectclass you wish. But inetOrgPerson In my opinion is the best to check first. A lot of applications use it out of the box. Good examples will be mail clients. The downside is that not always the same fields. But still it is easier.

When you create entries you define ocjectclasses. You can always change
them later. If you use scripts create template with ocjectclasses.
Applications usually do soo automatically
