The rest of the packages are available in the regular EPEL6 repo
I suggest just running
yum install 389-ds
so that you will get all of the required packages

That is the version from RHEL6.2. Are you using RHEL6.2? And have you
made sure you are up-to-date? Try
yum search 389-ds-base
and
yum search 389-ds-base-libs
