Book on FedoraDS

I don't think there's any book specifically written for Fedora DS.
I would of had it in my hand if I there's one.  :-)

Your best resource for Fedora DS is probably the Red Hat DS manuals that you
can find in
http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/dir-server/

Use RH DS 8 manuals for Fedora DS 1.1
Use RH DS 7 manuals for any Fedora DS prior 1.1
