/etc/init.d startup script issues onreboot

Log - the only thing
I see within the message log
is
sql_select option missing
auxpropfunc error no mechanism available
ns-slapd failed

Is there a way I could get more info when I reboot the system?
If I take out "daemon" within the script below and just
have
/opt/fedora-ds/slapd-'hostname'/start-slapd &
for start - not problem during a reboot.
Thanks
