[PATCH 2/5] xfs: use xfs_ialloc_blks_per_cluster in xfs_bulkstat

Use xfs_ialloc_blks_per_cluster() in xfs_bulkstat(), make the
related variables more meaningful and remove an unused variable
nimask from it.
