I am a XFree86 fan from China. I am very interested in X technology, and

I want to set up a web site as XFree86's Chinese branch, and translate
some document into Chinese. Is there anyone interested in that? Would
anybody like to help me? And as you know, XFree86 is a registered
trademark, so if I set up a web site, need I get authorization from
XFree86.Org?

No, you don't need authorisation to do this. But you still need to mention that XFree86 is a trademark.

A link would need to be defined from our site to yours.
