Anyway, the problem I have is black border about 4mm thick around right side and bottom of the 15" 1024x768 TFT flat panel when X is set to 800x600. It is the same for both X versions 3.3.6 and 4.5.0 that I've tried. XFree86.0.log reports some built-in modelines so I attempted to check them first before playing with custom ones, but no matter which modeline I specify with "UseModeline" option screen goes black. So I guess my question is how can I get rid of that border?
