   It's not immediately clear what's going on.  Your logfile says:

(==) Using config file: "/etc/X11/XF86Config-4"

(**) |   |-->Monitor "Generic Monitor"
(**) |   |-->Device "Video0"
(**) |-->Input Device "PenMount"
(**) |-->Input Device "Generic Keyboard"

   This does not appear to be the "Default Layout" in the XF86Config
file you included.  Are you sure this is the same XF86Config file
used when that XFree86.0.log file was generated?   The XF86Confg
file you included had two screen sections and I didn't notice any
syntax error.
