2.6.13-2 - Xserver Crash: AGP GART not found??

Hello,

I am working with 2.4.20-1 kernel - Red Hat 7.3 . I recently migrated
to 2.6.13-1, but encountered the following problem with XServer
crashing at start-up.

The entire log file is attached. I have also attached the log file of
the 2.4 kernel load. (which worked), Oly 2.6.13 is giving problems.

The final lines of the log are -
