From config file: "/etc/X11/XF86Config" Xserver reads "Device" "/dev/mouse" which cannot be opened: xf86OpenSerial: Cannot open device /dev/mouse No such device.
Try to enable Input/mouse support in your Kernel (load the module) or redirect the Xserver to the appropriate device name (psaux/ttyS[01]/...).
