4.3-32 multi head problem

Hi
I recently switched my linux distro from redhat 9 to mandrake 10.  I
have a workstation with 3 monitors running a xinerama setup.  Under
redhat it works fine, under mandrake it bombs prior to loading.  If I
put a XF86Config-4 in place that only has one of the Screen's
configured, (for each screen) and run it, it works fine.  Redhat uses
XFree 4.3-02 and Mandrake 4.3-32 (upgraded from -30 which comes with the
mdk 10 install).  Redhat uses kernel 2.4.20-8 while mdk 2.6.3-7. 
Attached is /var/log/XFree86.0.log and after that /etc/X11/XF86Config-4
