Please help Nvidia GeForcefx5500 does not work with X

it looks like the nvidia installer worked but the x server still does not want to work

i had to add (--add-this-kernel) argument when running the nvidia installer to get it to work...

 

i have included my nvidia-installer-log file, xf86config-4 file and my xfree86.0.log file... i hope they can be of assistance.

 

has anyone got any suggestions.
