Hi David, the cables are ok. I have tried with TV tool. Work but the image is 
only in the half of my TV and the config is not saved. I need to configure TV 
tool every time I run it.

Have you checked your cables for connection problems/cable quality? Since
you
can resolve the problem using Tvtool (which I'm not familiar with), I don't
know if it's
a connection problem, but I do know loose connections can cause some colors
to fail.
