You seem to have a NVidia card. So try to put "nv" as driver in /etc/X11/XFree86-4. Try to use the config file generated by "XFree86 -configure".
Otherwise , maybe you can use qemu ( http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/qemu/ ). I 've managed to run XFree86 whith he 0.6 version of qemu.
