There are no errors in your log file. There is one warning, which I
pasted below. However it looks like it was successfully handled by
XFree86.

(WW) ****INVALID IO ALLOCATION**** b: 0x24e0 e: 0x24e7 correcting  

Did you follow the directions at the end of the log file? (pasted below)

Your XF86Config file is /root/XF86Config.new

To test the server, run 'XFree86 -xf86config /root/XF86Config.new'
