I'm trying to configure my dual monitor,
I've a Matrox G450 PCI
and an ATI9600 AGP

If i set in BIOS, AGP as primary adapter the mga driver tell me
"Cannot read V_BIOS" and i get some strange vertical line in the menu
of KDE or in the playlist of xmms in the monitor attached on that
card, it's unusable. If i set PCI as primary, the fglrx driver cannot
terminate de R200PreInit: it can't find a usable video mode an the
xfree86 server exit.

Any one as some idea of what i can do??

I have the 9600 Mobility in a laptop and it is dual monitor capable. I thought all versions of the 9600 were dual monitor capable. If so, why are you bothering with the G450?

Can' you have two separate desktop, open an application on the second monitor without getting it open in the first one whit the ATI?
I've tried but i don't have find an appropriate configuration. May be you can send me your XF86Config?

I've resolved my problem using the SadowFB option but it disable the hardware accelleration of the G450 do you know why?
