yes, I saw that too. It uses LRMI as well. I'm looking for a way that
doesn't force a process into a 'virtual real mode'. I can see from the
XF sources ( and log) that the card is queried, and I'm wondering if
the xserver keeps the info around. I can find no public include
file that provides it, but there are some internal structs that
have ddc info in it.
