FreeBSD missing radeon driver

I can not figure out why my ATI Radeon 9600SE (AGP) card will not work 
under FreeBSD 4.9.
I have tried the "ati" driver, but I've heard that there is a "radeon" 
driver, but I can not find it in the driver database.
I'm running the following:
