   That looks like a bug in the motherboard bios.  You should probably
look for a motherboard BIOS upgrade.  Even when specifying a BusID
in the XF86Config, it's conceivable that XFree86's resource allocation
control (RAC) would be confused by multiple VGA compatible devices.
XFree86 WILL try to disable I/O access to the 0x1102 device when
going through the ATI device's PreInit.
