  The entire /var/log/XFree86.0.log file.
Also the output of /proc/mtrr is useful.
Perhaps also, "uname -a" for the kernel version.

   To me, your shmput500 benchmark looks reasonable for 32bpp.
The xvtest numbers seem overlay slow.
