You can only do low res because you are using the "vga" driver, which only supports basic vga functionality. You probably want to use the "sis" driver. Whether that particular sis card is supported in a year old server (4.3 is a year old) is another matter. 4.4 was released last week. Anyhow, try changing from Driver "vga" to Driver "sis" in the XF86Config file. Mark.
