the test issues the following: (EE) cirrus(0): No valid MMIO address in PCI config space (EE) cirrus(0): Vertical height (0) is too small for the hardware (min 128) (EE) Screen(s) found but none have usable configuration Fatal server error: no screens found My machine dates back to the middle 90's, '95 to '97. Cirrus is apparently the video board. Do I need a different board? In XF86Config.new, Section "ServerLayout" Screen 0 "Screeno" 0 0 Should those "0"s be something else? Section "Monitor" The FreeBSD book gives values as follows: Horizsync 30-107 VertRefresh 48-120 The only info my "Users Manual" for my KOGi 14.1"TFT LCT Monitor is: H.Scan 60 V.Scan 75 for 1024x768 VESA Do I need to call them about getting Horizsync and VertRefresh numbers? I appreciate whatever help you can give me.
