First, make some directory where you will mount NTFS later. For example:

mkdir /mnt/ntfs

Then run:

mount /dev/hda /mnt/ntfs

where /dev/hda1 is a partition with NTFS. If you are not sure which partition contains NTFS, run fdisk /dev/hda and check :)
